Upon arriving, there is a debate going on between Silus Vesuius and the Court Wizard Madenaabout the existence of the facility. I've heard about a lot of people asking what quests in Skyrim were good or evil, possibly wanting to be clear on what actions they want to take for a playthrough of sorts, yet no one seemed to make a page/thread.
